The Club is seeking degree student passionate about football and performance to join the football staff on a placement for the 2026/27 season.

This is a perfect opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in a semi-professional environment to complement their university studies.

We’re seeking someone currently studying towards a degree in Strength & Conditioning, Sports Science or a related discipline to join our backroom team.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional and proactive, have a passion for football performance and be confident to work with players and management staff.

Working hours will be at training each Tuesday and Thursday evenings as well as all matchdays (both home and away where possible).

Main duties will include:

• Oversee RAMP warm-ups
• Support training sessions
• Provide matchday preparation and support
• Liaise with medical staff on rehab and return to play
• Assist with performance monitoring and player readiness
