This is YOUR club. This is YOUR town. This is YOUR Spennymoor.
Football is returning to The Brewery Field. Moors are set to embark on their fifth season in the National League North with new Manager Tommy Miller at the helm.
Spennymoor Town offers a non-league experience like no other, with prices, facilities, hospitality packages and entertainment which is in a class of its own.
In line with our ‘Affordable Football For All’ ethos, which is now engrained into the club’s mentality, season ticket prices remain frozen for the 2021/22 season, meaning Moors provide the best package for the cheapest price.
This is OUR Spennymoor. This is YOUR Spennymoor.
AFFORDABLE FOOTBALL FOR ALL
Last year, Spennymoor Town made a commitment to making football affordable for all, delivering a pricing model which offered the best value for money in the division.
The club’s ethos of providing high quality football, exceptional facilities, cheap food and drink and the most complete non-league match day experience was in place before the commencement of the 2020/21 campaign.
Sadly, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, supporters were never able to attend a game at The Brewery Field over the course of a curtailed season.
However, despite the difficult period that football clubs, businesses and organisations have been through over the last 12 months, the message from Spennymoor Town still remains the same.
Affordable Football For All.
Please see our affordable football for all 2021/22 season ticket prices below:
Season ticket prices:
Adults £130
Concessions £90
Under 18s £15
A family of two adults and three children under 18 can attend a Spennymoor match for £23. Research conducted by the Premier League in December 2019 showed that the average price for a single person to attend a match was £32.
That £32 would cover an entire family’s admission with a drink each for the same cost at The Brewery Field next season.
Managing Director, Tony Wilson, said: “It was vital for us to maintain our stance that football should be accessible for people of all backgrounds and ages across County Durham as we look towards a new season.
“When we originally put together plans for the pricing structure, we had the aim of providing the cheapest match day ticket prices across the three divisions, and we are delighted to say that remains the case.
“What the last twelve months has proven to me is that football at our level is not an armchair sport.
“Football without fans is pointless. We are here as beacon of hope for our community, and a place where people can show support for their local club.
“It’s about seeing people they haven’t seen for a long time, creating memories with family and ultimately having an enjoyable experience. That has been a huge miss.
“We now have the facilities and hospitality options in place to suit every fan thanks to our tiered approach.
“If you want to come and simply watch a game with your family, grab some food and a drink, it’s affordable.
“If you want to meet up with some friends, watch the game and have a few drinks in our fan zones or Sports Bar, it’s affordable.
“Alternatively, if you want to enjoy the day in our new County Durham Lounge or sponsor the game, we now have those options in place which offer unbeatable value for money.
“Everything is now in place for us to offer our supporters the best non-league match day package in the country.”
AN EVEN GREATER MATCH DAY EXPERIENCE
By freezing ticket prices, the club’s offer has now increased in value in terms of the overall match day experience, with further additions and improvements to The Brewery Field set to dramatically enhance the experience for supporters of all ages.
The completion of two fan zones, located on the Wood Vue and Tees Crescent sides of the ground, coupled with the County Durham Lounge, showcase the variety of hospitality options available.
The Neil Adams Sports Bar, which proved hugely popular prior to the end of the 2019/20 season, will also have more to offer with the addition of a pool table, juke box and a cold cellar which will allow premium ales to be served.
All of these options will deliver high quality food, drink and snacks at low prices, and will be delivered by the clubs in-house catering team.
Matthew Hannon, Hospitality Manager, said: “It’s with great pleasure that we can announce some exciting changes and improvements to our offering in the Neil Adams Sports Bar.
“From July, the bar will have the capacity to show multiple sporting events at any one time on our three televisions, with the addition of Sky Sports to run alongside BT Sport.
“Following feedback from patrons last year, the construction of a cold cellar means we will be adding a range of highly requested premium ales to our options, including draught Guinness.”
