Moors make their longest trip of the season this weekend looking to bounce back from a disappointing Bank Holiday weekend.
Defeats against Leamington and York City in the space of three days has halted the early season momentum created with wins in the opening two games.
Despite creating multiple chances in both fixtures, Tommy Miller was left frustrated as Spennymoor dropped to 10th in the National League North rankings.
Hereford represent the next challenge, with The Bulls, led by former player Josh Gowling, currently sitting 19th after collecting two points from a possible twelve in August.
A goalless draw at AFC Telford United on Monday followed a heavy 4-1 home loss to AFC Fylde. The Bulls have lost both of their games at Edgar Street this season after a 1-0 reverse against Farsley Celtic on the opening day.
The two sides last faced off at Edgar Street in 2019/20’s curtain raiser, with second half goals from Glen Taylor and Andrew Johnson sealing a 2-2 draw.
