Tonight’s Durham Challenge Cup Quarter-Final against Ryhope CW has been postponed following a pitch inspection.

A match official visited The Brewery Field at 2.45pm this afternoon and deemed the surface unplayable following heavy rainfall in the area.

The decision was also based on the upcoming forecast and strong winds expected to hit the region later tonight.

A new date for the fixture will be announced in due course.
