Moors Under-18s’ FA Youth Cup First Round Proper tie against Barnsley will take place at Oakwell on Friday 4th November (7pm kick-off).
The youngsters have enjoyed an astonishing run in the prestigious competition, seeing off Blyth Spartans, Chester-le-Street United and Emley on their way to Round One.
Their reward is a trip to face League One opposition with The Tykes now confirming that the tie will take place at their main stadium and entry will be free for all supporters.
The players and staff were given a rapturous reception for their efforts when they were announced on to the pitch during half time in Tuesday night’s First Team game against Southport.
