Highly rated goalkeeper Brad James signed a new contract at The Brewery Field to take his stay at the Club into a third season after initially arriving in the latter part of 2023/24.
Former Middlesbrough youngster James made 15 appearances during that run-in, keeping six clean sheets and tasting defeat just twice as Moors made a late drive towards the play-off positions.
James followed that up with another excellent campaign in 2024/25 during which he produced a series of outstanding displays, particularly in the Club’s run to the FA Trophy Final.
There was once again summer interest in the shot-stopper, but boss Graeme Lee moved quickly to persuade James to put pen to paper on another new contract.
James previously played on loan at Hartlepool United where his dramatic penalty save in the shootout at Ashton Gate in the Play-Off Final won Pools promotion back to the EFL in 2021.
