Several senior players are set to feature as Moors host Chester-le-Street United in the Durham County Challenge Cup at The Brewery Field on Tuesday evening (7.30pm kick-off).
Graeme Lee is expected to use the tie as an opportunity to give some much-needed minutes to some of his First Team players who have not had regular football recently.
Dane Burlace, who has yet to feature for Moors since his move from Bishop Auckland after suffering a facial injury in pre-season, is one of those set to play.
Fellow defender Nathan McGinley, who has been back on the bench for the First Team in recent weeks, is also likely to get some time on the pitch on Tuesday night.
Moors are looking to progress further in the competition after seeing off Durham FC Corinthians at the qualifying stage to set up their First Round tie against Chester-le-Street United.
Meanwhile, the Michael Nelson’s visitors made it through to this stage after enjoying a good victory over National League side Hartlepool United in the last round.
Kick-off is at the slightly earlier time of 7.30pm and admission is just £5 for adults and £3 for Over 60s and Under-18s. Cash and card payments are accepted on the turnstiles.
