Defender Dane Burlace has now left the Club after a decision was reached to cancel his contract at The Brewery Field by mutual consent.
The 22-year-old joined Moors during the summer after starring for Bishop Auckland during their Northern League title-winning campaign.
However, an injury suffered in pre-season set Burlace back and he was unable to force his way into Graeme Lee’s starting eleven.
The full-back has spent time back on loan with Bishops in recent months but is now keen to explore a new opportunity which has arisen for him to go and work in Australia.
“Dane has been open and honest with us, and we didn’t want to stand in his way,” explained Moors boss Lee.
“He is a cracking lad who has worked hard and shown a great attitude since joining the Club and I am sure he will make a success of his new start in Australia next month.
“Dane leaves with our thanks for his efforts and our very best wishes for the future.”
