We turn our focus on to Tuesday evening’s action with a comprehensive preview of Marine’s National League North visit to The Brewery Field.

Spennymoor Town v Marine
National League North
Tuesday 25th February 2025, 7.45pm
The Brewery Field

The Opposition
Marine have given themselves a huge boost in their bid to stay in National League North by putting together a great run of form to climb out of the bottom four.

Paul Young’s side have won three of their last four ahead of Tuesday evening’s trip to The Brewery Field and look to be finding their feet at the best possible time.

Victories over rivals Rushall Olympic and Radcliffe were crucial and last week’s eye-catching triumph over promotion-chasing Kidderminster Harriers will also have enhanced their growing belief.

The Mariners won promotion via the play-offs last term and will be doing everything they can to remain in the sixth tier during what could be a tense and exciting run-in.

Previous Meeting
Aidan Rutledge scored a last-gasp equaliser as Moors rescued a share of the points from a 2-2 draw when the sides met at The Marine Travel Arena back in November.

Match Officials
Joe Moss will be the man in the middle for Tuesday evening’s contest, and he will be assisted by Michael Robinson and Macauley Gibson. Christopher Ellis is Fourth Official.

Tickets
Tuesday’s game is not segregated, and fans of both sides are able to buy their tickets from the general sale option in advance online right now.

Tickets will also be available via cash or card on the turnstiles ahead of kick-off which will be open from 6.30pm on Tuesday.
