North-East born Ben Pollock became a Spennymoor Town player during the summer of 2023 when boss Jamie Chandler held off competition from several clubs to secure his signature.
Pollock was one of the star players for Boston United last season, where his consistent performances in the heart of their defence earned him three awards, including Players’ Player of the Year.
A former Middlesbrough, Leeds United and Newcastle United youngster, Pollock signed professional terms with Hartlepool United in 2016 before moving on to Dunston UTS, Billingham Synthonia and Hereford.
Pollock knows all about The Brewery Field having been a regular visitor as a child when his father, Jamie was Manager of the Club.
