Young goalkeeper Gio Bellagambi joined Moors in October 2022 on a loan deal from Huddersfield Town which is set to run into the New Year.

The 20-year-old has been with The Terriers for four years after the Croydon-born shot stopper caught their eye whilst starring for junior side Lambeth Tigers.

Bellagambi went on to become a regular in Huddersfield’s Under-17s and also played for the Under-19s as he continued his development through the ranks at the club.

Having attended goalkeeping camps for both England and Italy, he was then called up for Uganda’s national side for their 2023 AFCON qualifiers during the summer.

Bellagambi has previous senior experience during loan spells as Ramsbottom United, Ebbsfleet United, Brighouse Town and Stalybridge Celtic, while earlier this season he spent time with Hyde United.
