Moors pulled off a transfer coup in June 2023 when they agreed a deal to bring experienced goalkeeper James Montgomery to The Brewery Field.
A former Middlesbrough youngster, Montgomery spent last season on the books at Gateshead where he had become a huge fans’ favourite across three spells at The International Stadium.
The dependable shot-stopper has also played in the colours of Guiseley, Telford United, AFC Fylde and Chesterfield, whilst he gained EFL experience when he spent a season at Forest Green Rovers.
