Highly rated centre-back Jo Cummings arrived at The Brewery Field in June 2022 after Moors beat off competition from a number of clubs to secure his signature.
A graduate of Sheffield United’s Academy, Cummings made a senior debut for The Blades in the EFL Trophy against Grimsby Town in November 2016 before earning a move to Charlton Athletic the following May.
The towering defender found game time hard to come by with The Addicks and, following a short spell at Guiseley, he was snapped up by Scunthorpe United in 2019.
A loan move to Radcliffe turned permanent in March 2020 but he was always on the radar for Town bosses Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley who moved quickly to sign him in the summer.
