Young
midfielder John Howard joined Moors during the summer of 2024 following his
departure from Bishop Auckland.
A tough-tackling, no-nonsense performer, Howard came through the ranks at Middlesbrough’s famed Academy where he was coached by current Moors boss Graeme Lee.
A spell in the Northern League followed and he flourished at Northallerton Town to earn a move to Bishop Auckland in the summer of 2023, going on to play a key role in their title-winning campaign.
