Lewis Dickman returned to The Brewery Field in October 2022 to take up a position as First Team Coach before being promoted to Assistant Manager during the summer of 2023.
Dickman was Academy Manager at Sunderland until the end of 2021/22 having previously worked as a Youth Team Coach for The Black Cats and also enjoyed a five-year spell as a Coach Educator with The Football Association.
As well as operating on First Team matters, Dickman will use his vast knowledge and experience to support the Club’s Head of Youth Gavin Cogdon with the Club’s ambitious plans.
He took over as Interim Manager in September 2023 following Jamie Chandler’s resignation.
