Spokes joined on a three-month loan from National League side Grimsby Town in November 2020.
Born in Bristol, he began his career in the Southern League Division One South with Mangotsfield United before spells at Yate Town and Taunton Town in the league above.
He signed his first professional contract with Ian Holloway’s Grimsby Town in September 2020, going on to make 20 appearances in all competitions during the 2020/21 campaign.
The midfielder spent one month on loan at Boston United earlier this season, making six appearances with The Pilgrims.
