We are delighted to launch season tickets for the 2020/21 season in line with our ‘Affordable Football For All’ strategy.
It’s now cheaper than ever to watch Spennymoor Town, with both season ticket and entry prices being reduced significantly.
The club is proud to say it is offering the cheapest season ticket prices in the three National League divisions.
In return, supporters will be treated to a brand of exciting and high quality football, two new fan zones, priority on cup game tickets, offers and exclusive discounts and much, much more.
Chief Executive Brad Groves set the direction of travel with an update to the club’s five year plan this summer, featuring an emphasis on allowing families to enjoy football at a time when the sport’s social value can mean more than ever.
He said: “Spennymoor Town FC will offer promotion-chasing football of an entertaining standard; exceptional quality facilities; a best-in-class matchday offering; links with businesses and community organisations; a free event space for the County; and a lot more.
“All of this will be delivered through affordable football for all at a price you would expect from a club sitting divisions beneath the National League North.”
Please see our affordable football for all 2020/21 season ticket prices below:
-
ADULT (18-60) £130
-
CONCESSION (60+) £90
-
JUNIOR (UNDER 18) £15
One cheaper price for match day admission
Match day entry has also been reduced, with the two-tiered fixture system which was in place last season being replaced with one fixed cost for every 2020/21 league game.
Our adult price of £10 matches the lowest cost of National League North clubs season, with our £5 concession rate cheaper than any club during 2019/20.
Juniors can attend a game at The Brewery Field for just £1, much lower than the league’s £3.84 average price over the course of the 2019/20 campaign.
Spennymoor also offer a unique and market leading offer of juniors up to the age of 18.

ADULT (18-60) £10

“A family of five can attend a Spennymoor Town match for less than a single adult Premier League ticket.”
Tony Wilson, Managing Director of Spennymoor Town FC, said: “The first step in making matchdays at The Brewery Field affordable is the price to attend.
“We were already one of the cheapest teams to watch in the three National League divisions, but we wanted to take that a step further and be the lowest entry price, which we will achieve with our new pricing structure.
“It needed to be simplified and accessible too. There are only three prices to enter. No group tickets and no extra charges for seating.
“A family of two adults and three children under 18 can attend a Spennymoor match for £23. Research conducted by the Premier League in December 2019 showed that the average price for a single person to attend a match was £32. You could bring the whole family and buy them all a drink for that next season at The Brewery Field.
“We have also reduced our season ticket prices below last season by 13 per cent. They had already dropped 30 per cent the previous year.
“We were inspired by the record ticket sales and attendances last season and we hope we can go to the next level again, whenever supporters may be allowed to return.”
Covid-19, track & trace and going digital
This season marks a milestone moment as the club move to a brand new e-ticketing platform for season cards and match day tickets.
A partnership with Kaizen Ticketing was recently announced, enabling the club to launch a platform which will provide a comprehensive track and trace system on match days.
All spectator data will be captured upon entering The Brewery Field via digital scanners, placed at each entry point.
Turnstile stewards will also be collecting data from every supporter using the cash turnstiles on match days.
Adam Brown, Director of Marketing and Communications, said: “Partnering with Kaizen Ticketing will allow us to provide a quicker and more seamless match day experience for season ticket holders and those wanting to purchase one-off tickets.
“Kaizen have a brilliant track record when it comes to football clubs, and the partnership signifies a milestone moment for the club.
“One of the main benefits of switching to e-ticketing is that we now have the technology to keep a record of who has attended a game at The Brewery Field.
“This allows us to comply with Covid-19 regulations and accurately report on numbers in the ground faster than we could previously. It’s an added communications channel with our supporters, too.
“But, we know that many supporters will still prefer cash entry, so the ability to enter cash turnstiles will remain unchanged, save for Covid data collection.”
