Preview: Moors v King’s Lynn Town

We turn the spotlight on Tuesday night’s action with a comprehensive preview of King’s Lynn Town’s National League North visit to The Brewery Field.

Spennymoor Town v King’s Lynn Town
National League North
Tuesday 29th October 2024, 7.45pm
The Brewery Field

The Opposition
After finishing just five points above the drop zone last season, King’s Lynn Town boss Adam Lakeland was given the green light to overhaul his squad during the summer.

Some smart recruitment has resulted in The Linnets making an encouraging start to the new campaign and they arrive at The Brewery Field on Tuesday sitting fifth in the table.

Four wins from their first six raised optimism levels among supporters, and Lakeland’s men have bounced back positively from a minor drop in league form during September.

They were held to a goalless draw at home by Leamington at the weekend, but they had won three out of four before that to keep pace with those at the top of National League North.

Previous Meeting
King’s Lynn Town were swept aside on their last visit to The Brewery Field when they were beaten 3-0 on the final day of the 2023/24 campaign.

Rob Ramshaw, Glen Taylor and Will Harris were all on target as Graeme Lee’s men enjoyed a 3-0 triumph but just failed to snatch a place in the play-offs.

Darius Bradley will be the man in the middle for Tuesday evening’s action at The Brewery Field. He will be assisted by Paul Mosley and Tyler Dutton, while Christoper Ellis is Fourth Official.
