Field of Dreams: A new ‘level’ of affordable hospitality

The Neil Adams Sports Bar will have a new look for the 2020/21 season, with a brand new, affordable hospitality suite giving people of all ages the chance to enjoy The Brewery Field in luxury.

Following on the from the announcement of two new fan zones on Wednesday afternoon, the Sports Bar is set for an expansion with a second level.

The top tier of the bar will replace the Platinum Club, offering a more accessible option for people of all ages to enjoy everything a match day has to offer at Spennymoor Town.

The new hospitality package will include a match day ticket, programme, drink on arrival and a two course buffet, as well as access to and from the exclusive suite via The Neil Adams Sports Bar.

As well as the various features on offer, our match day host will be conducting live interviews with players and members of the management team in the build-up to kick off.

This will be complimented with pitch facing panoramic windows which will give guests the perfect view of The Brewery Field.

Under the club’s new ‘affordable football for all’ strategy, the price of a match day hospitality ticket will be just £25.

The new hospitality suite will be located as a second tier on top of The Neil Adams Sports Bar.

Those who purchase a ticket will be able to enjoy the new facilities between 12pm and 4pm on match days, with a smart/casual dress code in place.

Season membership tickets will also be available ahead of the 2020/21 season, offering access to the suite for every home game at The Brewery Field for an enticing discounted price.

The Platinum Club, which was introduced for the 2017/18 National League North campaign, will now take on a different role on match days which will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Managing Director Tony Wilson believes the new set-up will allow more people the chance to experience the club’s superb hospitality options.

He said: “With our new affordable football for all strategy now firmly in place, we are striving to create a match day hospitality package which is more accessible for supporters of all ages.

“In order to achieve this we have drastically reduced the cost of our package from £60 to £25. Despite the reduction, our offer is better than ever and perfectly encapsulates our affordable for all message.

“Families, young children and supporters of all ages will now be able to enjoy a Spennymoor match in stunning surroundings and enjoy fresh food cooked by our in-house catering team while still soaking up the famous Brewery Field atmosphere.

“We want as many fans to be able to experience this new space and environment on a Saturday afternoon as possible, and we feel as a club that the low cost and offer reflects that.”
